  • Placed an order over the phone from out of state for my moms birthday. My dad was to pick the order up at 11:30 the next day. I received a call from the bakery early that morning to let me know the bakery had lost power due to an accident in the area and could not be sure when they'd have it back. They couldn't have been nicer and more apologetic for something that wasn't their fault. They did a great job of communicating with me and in the end they got power back and were able to fill my order by 3:00. My parents said the cupcakes were delicious! Can't wait to try them next time I'm in town!
