I would definitely give this property a solid 3 1/2 stars. It's pretty outdated in terms of building face and room interiors. The room is quite spacious, fantastic view of the cityscape and the bathroom has marble on the walls. The price is usually very reasonable to stay here and most all hotels in Vegas have the unavoidable resort fee. The pool has a tropical vibe and it's nearly 12ft deep! The one drawback is that they have no jacuzzi, but you have access to the other Ceasar's properties pools. Some are gratis and others require a nominal fee. I myself head over to the Paris Hotel since it's complimentary and they have two jacuzzis. There is definitely a long line at check in. There is a steam/sauna which is all apart of your resort fee!
Bally's is known for their Sterling Brunch with free flowing champagne. The location is the winning attribute has it is located dead smack center with easy access to the monorail for the other hotel properties. Overall, I am definitely enjoying my stay and as long as you are not expecting total glam or a 4 star property then you will be pleasantly intrigued. You can also upgrade to the newer Jubilee rooms. This property also has one of the best showgirls show which is unfortunately the last of its kind!
