  • I have been a member for a year now and ever since it got switched to EOS fitness it has gotten packed so much to the point you have to wait a couple minutes to use anything there! I think this is because they lowered their prices, I feel like before it was more of an exclusive gym and now anyone and everyone goes there. I used to love that gym but now it has become unbearable. I called to get my membership cancelled and I had a balance, due to my debit card got lost so I got a new one and didn't update it with them so they where charging me a $25 fee! I explained to the rude woman (I didn't get her name) and she said the only way they could wave that is if I provided something from my bank stating I had fraud in my account that's why I got my new debit it card! Oh and I had to pay 2 more payments after that and then they would cancel my membership! I asked if I could get transferred to her supervisor and she did but it went straight to voicemail and her voicemail was the same voice of the lady I was talking to! Overall I loved that gym when it was Golds gym and their staff has always been nice but it's just gotten too packed there and the person in charge to cancel memberships was is very rude!
