Was amazing until they got a new chef (Feb '17).
I had 2 or 3 very unsatisfactory deliveries and insisted the next time we go for dine in.
Last night we ordered a couple simple dishes and the were all terrible.
Soft shell crab wasn't crispy, the batter tasted like a mouth full of pepper and was soggy.
The flautas used to be my girlfriends favorite; now she won't even finish half an order.
The pork jerky was undercooked (I'm at a loss for how this is even possible).
We ordered the combo basil noodle last night and it was horrific. The thing with this type of dish is because there are so many components with different cooking temperature you really have to know what you're doing...this chef obviously doesn't. The pork component was well overcooked while the shrimp were half translucent still.
I don't mean to be harsh here but this was one of the best Thai restaurants in the US for a long time and now it's just....pesh.
