| - Chef Silvana is renowned as one of the top Mexican Chefs in the country, and it's for a reason, this restaurant. It should be on everyone's "Must-Try" list, and the one item above all (everything is delicious) is the Cochinita Pibi; their pork is marinated in achiote and sour
orange, wrapped in a banana leaf and slow roasted over night, topped with pickled red onion
and Yucatán-style pico de gallo, paired with pretty much any of their amazing Maragitas. It's unlike anything you've ever had, and in my top 3 favorite all-time dishes. You won't have any trouble finding the place, as it is covered with murals from local artists, depicting Mexican heritage and culture, with vibrant colors. Much of that can be found on the inside of the restaurant, transferred into food, with various flavors, colors, and options.
