  • I have lived in Phoenix for 16 years and have often heard about fajitas but and embarrassed to say that this was my first time in. Service was impeccable - Ruben is a second generation employee at Fajitas and filled us in on the 30 year history of this establishment. He made to go have manager Janet stop by and welcome is as first time guests. Cadillac fajitas were perfect, as was the chile con queso. Tortilla soup is essentially dressed up vegetable soup - don't bother. I went with my boyfriend, ordered 1/2 lb Cadillac fajitas, side of queso, and bowl of soup. We ended up with tons of leftover fajitas. Huge portions - go sooner than later, and enjoy!
