  • I was so disappointed. I am a huge fan of Mastros and have been to multiple locations over the country. This was the most disappointing experience I've had at a mastros. I got the 8 oz filet, garlic mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. The steak and potatoes were good. The steak was not as tender as normal, which was disappointing. I also found that the Brussels sprouts were not as crispy as they should have been. They could have used a bit more time in the oven. We ended our meal with the warm butter cake, which came out cold. Disappointing....I love when the butter cake is perfectly warm with the cold ice cream. It just wasn't as amazing as it normally is! It was my first time at this location and I'm not sure I will come back. I also just didn't love the atmosphere. Mastros is normally very sultry and romantic. This location seemed to abstract and strangely, too bright. Service was great though!
