The food has gotten a little better since the last two years or so. The service has ranged from mediocre to excellent; it seems to be hit or miss. The people who have worked there longer seem to be comfortable, whereas those who are newer work a little harder to ensure better service. Sometimes it takes a while for a waiter or waitress to come back and check on you, and sometimes they're always there. Sometimes the food comes timely, and sometimes not so quickly, even on the slower days. Again, hit or miss.
This is a great place to bring company, as it is decently and comparably priced, clean, and modern. But we've also had better food at more hole-in-the wall places; the only thing is that it is not as presentable as Oyshi. I guess it depends on what you're looking for -- pretty decent food with a modern feel, or excellent food with a less presentable atmosphere.
