  • Westin standard, so no surprise about the hotel itself, bathroom was sparkling and room very pleasant. Restaurant is nice, breakfast buffet is good and Staff very warm. Cathedral is 4 mn away, Palais des Congres is across the street and the ride to Trudeau (YUL) us 25 mn. Overall a very pleasant place... We have been facing a serious noise and safety issue during our stay though, but the Staff handled it in the only appropriate way until the Police came and removed the problem. 4 stars only because "the problem" was totally preventable and could not have occurred if the night Staff had been more vigilant and proactive! The pool is small but ok, they take pride in their glass floor, but this is right above the valet line and entrance, so that's a bit weird... when you wait for your car, you can watch butts and legs from below :) Special mention for the Concierge Staff Member *Chantal* who is more than helpful and accommodated us on a couple of requests which made our stay even better, I hope her Management knows how much appreciated her work is!!
