I never had this company do the work. I didn't care for the sales pitch. They give you a high price first. Then the salesman says he would call the office to get me a better price. Then you get a new "lower" quote and you are supposed to feel like your getting a deal. Why not give your best price first? I have been told by a friend, he had the same routine. The scheme reminds me of a car dealership. Then on the back of the quote, they want you to initial several places. The one that stuck out is the one that all disputes must be settled in Bedford City Court. Hmmmm. All I can suggest is to shop around because there are others who do the same work.
