I feel like customer service here can be a hit or miss: really great or pretty bad. The first time I came here, I was lucky that I received individual help/attention for almost an hour while I was learning about product(s) I was interested in buying. When I came back days later to actually make a purchase, the store was quite understaffed and so there was nowhere close to this kind of attention; all of the few employees (non-cashier) were already occupied with other customers. The cashier I had seemed a bit impatient when answering my questions about membership, which I bought anyway due to the great service I had the first time here. Based on my first experience, I would say the staff is very knowledgeable about the products and if you're a true beginner like I am, you should definitely seek their advice if you can get a hold of someone.
