I noticed some reviews comment on pushy service. While there are quite a bit of salespeople on the sales floor, if there wasn't enough people, someone would complain about that! Since the store is just that and not a museum, I am ok with bring provided with service. We have been helped by a friendly woman named Lauren and she was very helpful both times we have been in.
Caveats: I wish the items were about 30% less expensive. They are pricey I'm not going to lie. With that said a jacket that I bought was $20 more expensive in the store than it was online. ???
My husband raves about the service department. We wish that instead of the convenience store next door there was the Harley Cafe that closed in Fremont street. Having it next door to the Harley store would have kept it in business. Cheers!
