  • While on a recent road trips one of the tires on the travel trailer blew out AKA I hit a curb which I maintain jumped out of nowhere!!! Nonetheless, a very kind man name Francisco came out of nowhere and helped change it with a very basic jack located under the front seat of my truck.....let's just leave it at that. Although we made it safely back home, we questioned if the tire was on correctly. I called Discount Tire and was fortunate enough to have Mike answer my call for assistance. He was very receptive to me bringing it up to be inspected to ensure it was safe to drive on our next scheduled trip. As you can imagine, the travel trailer was far too large to pull directly into the bay. Mike was kind enough to back it into a small area near the back of their shop. Then in extremely hot 109 degree direct sun, he found the issue immediately, removed and reinstalled the tire safely. All he asked in return was a handshake and a smile. Prior to this, I have been an occasional customer of Discount Tire but after this kind of service Mike provided today, they can always count on me to be a loyal customer for all future needs.
