  • I haven't come across such bad service for a while and my experience was worth noting right away! Got here on a Sunday at 11am and was so excited to get my preordered no bake cheesecake and lots of ice cream with my family. We told the girl at the front the ice cream flavour and she said we only have black sesame. So I asked is it because we are too early you haven't made any flavour? With a uh um response she said well we only have black sesame scooped out? So that got me even more curious and asked so does that mean you have all the flavors just not scooped? Thinking then you can go scoop it for your customer who is planning to buy 6 flavors? She looked behind her and asked another girl and that girl had NO INTEREST IN HELPING and said I don't even know what flavors we have and that was the end of her sentence? The girl turns around and says I don't know? I started to get really pissed and said can't you check? And then she went in and said ok there is matcha but I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE REST? WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT? And then she scooped 1 matcha for us and that was it. You know why your place only had 23 reviews? Because not only do you have unhelpful crap customer service but you don't analyze why downtown does so much better than you. The ice cream is no big deal as well I can easily get a tub of black sesame and matcha ice cream from Tnt. Thanks for such a great morning because I will not return to this place ever again and will be sure to let everyone I know about such AWFUL service you provide to customers.
