| - We booked a table for 4 for a Saturday night dinner before the Symphony, based on the overall reviews we read on Yelp and Open Table. We were greeted by a cheerful and knowledgeable server, who brought our wine, bread and salads promptly. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. 2 of our party ordered the planked salmon, 2 ordered the prime rib (both ordered medium). Upon receipt of our dinners, the prime rib was served blood red and one portion was sent back for additional cooking. The au jus on both was extremely salty. Both salmon plates were undercooked; one was actually blue on the underside and still partially frozen (shocked that this upscale restaurant serves frozen rather than fresh fish). We sent one salmon portion back for additional cooking and cancelled the meal on the still-frozen order. We asked to speak to the chef about the salmon; he looked at it, was surly and pronounced it "perfectly cooked" - seriously? The poor preparation cannot be blamed on the restaurant being busy, as the place was almost empty, which was odd for a Saturday night. We did have dessert and the key lime pie with lemon sorbet was outstanding. Kincaid's did not charge us for any of the meals, which was nice - but we will not be returning to take another chance on this restaurant. Our server was terrific, hence the 2 stars, but the rest of the experience was terrible.
