  • I would leave zero stars for this place if I could. I continue to give them second chances because I've been a AAA member for many years, but unfortunately I won't be going back. Their wait times are ridiculous - 2-3 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment, 4+ without. On top of that, the guys at the front can best be described as a bunch of bumbling buffoons, who can't even seem to perform the most basic requests, such as calling a different phone number than what is in the computer system, or calling with issues regarding the inspection before a certain time. It is without a doubt NOT worth the (very) small amount of money you might save as a member here.
