"I am like any other Man. All I do is supply demand."- Al Capone
How fitting it is that there is a Mob Museum (which happens to be part of our National Parks system) in Las Vegas. First I find it absolutely delightful that Vegas decided this type of history to be important enough to preserve. Not only did they preserve it but they did a bang up (get it) job of introducing the visitor of the fascinating (and a bit unnerving) mob world.
The museum is interactive with a lot of pictures and of course explanations with those pictures. You start your self guided tour off in line up (to include a two way mirror). Keep in mind that the museum is located in the ORIGINAL courthouse that some of the Mobsters where tried in. The courthouse is chocked full of historical facts and pictures. There is also artifacts from some famous mobsters (especially suits).
Keep in mind that this museum can be a bit graphic, especially towards the end of the tour. The good news is they warn you of this and you can easily pass through that small room quickly, without having to take much of a looksy. I would suggest that small children not visit this museum (this has a lot of adult content), but that is just me.
