  • I had a bad experience at the former location and did not share what could have been an abysmal review. Instead I wanted to give the new management a try before giving them another go at being the only dealership in town for our rare birds in the Southwest. Honestly, I'm impressed. The staff was welcoming and accommodating at every turn. The former service managers who would bate with ominous warnings of impending doom of non existent problems are gone. It's clear they are working on recapturing their 5 star service with an accurate assessment of regular and recommended services, without the exploitation of the past. Obviously you'll pay more at the dealership than than others but the added professionalism and attention to detail are worth it. I had an odd sound when my auto ac was engaged and had a tech do a half hour drive with me to confirm it was fixed! Who does that?!? They do :) Here's hoping to keeping up the good work of retaining loyal customers by providing honest and great customer service! Thank you!
