  • I love love love this place. Warning though- if you can't handle being nude in front of other women, this isn't the place for you. I'm a free bird when it comes to that, so it doesn't bother me at all. Girls trying to wear bathing suits in the bottom part of the spa just make everyone else feel uncomfortable. You walk in and pay for the day pass or whatever service you want to get. (I have never gotten one considering they are on the pricier side starting at around $160). They give you an outfit to wear in the unisex area( a shirt and basketball shorts), a couple towels, a disposable toothbrush if you need one, and a locker key. You walk in and take your shoes off in the first part of the locker room and they have shoe lockers. The rest of the locker room has lockers, a darker resting room with loungers, the heated Himalayan salt cave (my fav), bathrooms and an area with couches, blow dryers, water dispenser, toothpaste, hair brush sanitizer, q-tips, and mirrors and the wet area. Once you've undressed you can choose where you want to go. They have a hot jacuzzi, warm jacuzzi with jets, cold jacuzzi, steam and dry saunas, and stand up and sit down showers. In the wet area you always want to shower before entering a jacuzzi. They also have the salt cave on the other side of the restroom. Sometimes it's hotter than other days like a sauna which I prefer and sometimes it's just warm. You can also dim the lights to your liking. When you are finished relaxing there you can head upstairs. They have a heated (hot!) jade room, a red clay cave room where you get your own little cave with red lights, an ice room, a yoga/stretching room, a red clay ball room which has shallow heated beds filled with either clay balls, Himalayan salt or rocks, and a relaxing neutral room. There is a cafe that serves food (starting around $10-$25), smoothies, and teas with an area with recliners/couches and another water dispenser. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. It's not a glamorous hotel/casino spa but I enjoy coming here so much. For $25 for a day pass you can't beat it. I've brought friends and family and everyone loves it so far. This place is amazing and I can spend hours there! Sometimes you can find great deals for it on groupon as well.
