Like I said, don't trust this business, don't trust their words. I'm the one that made the mistake of calling you to hire you before I handed the phone to my boyfriend to give you the details. We were 100% clear on the condition and what we needed. It was dirty, not bug-infested and trashed. And we wanted the walls wiped down because we aren't the type of people to paint over dirt and sell the house to buyers that way. I called and texted immediately after discovering the problems from him. He was unhappy from the start to finish, he was NOT FINE with what was being done, but didn't want the confrontation. I called and spoke to YOU from work to relay his concerns and cancel the service, which you did. What do you mean your office didn't talk to me?! Are you delusional?
Later after we discovered you charged full price, I called the office (no answer), so I texted (and got a response via text late in the evening around 10:30 p.m. advising of the measly $50 credit.) When I responded again, I got no answer. Do you want proof of that conversation that your office supposedly never had with me?
It's sad that you can't accept the truth of the situation. Bottom line, you sent cleaners that were not right for a move-out cleaning and YOU expected them to skate by or work miracles. It was done quick and properly by ANOTHER company for the same price who worked diligently not taking breaks or making phone calls. So why is that Carol?
