| - Been wanting to see this show for a while now as we visit Vegas 2-4 times a year. Finally was able to time it just right.
The show is pretty awesome. Probably one of the most traditional Vegas shows featuring singers left on the strip. Interaction with the audience, bantering back and forth, and some good music. I think even if you don't like Donny and Marie, there's still something to enjoy about this show.
While the show is a traditional Vegas show, so's the theater which wasn't designed for today's audiences. The tables make for awkward positioning to see the stage. I get tables for drinks and all that, but I'd like to see some design a theater seating with today's (let's be honest) larger size guests. Even if you select your table seats online, if someone at the table gets there before you, they might take your seats and you get the left over. It's either make a scene or live with it.
I purposely booked the first row of the balcony because that seating map showed traditional theater seating. Upon arriving, turn's out the row ABOVE us is normal seating and we ended up at a table. Since it was the first row of the balcony, it wasn't bad, just disappointing.
Otherwise, really enjoyed the show. 5 stars! For the theater, 3.
