  • Tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a bigger size she asked if I have wore them and I said yes but it was a car ride home. The lady quickly said no exchange with a mean attitude without even looking at the shoes (they still look brand new) . I told my mom and my mom called up there, the same lady told her if I would've lied she would've exchanged them. Integrity goes a long way and this store had none !!!! Will definitely do my shoe shopping else wear. (The lady was African American had long hair and wore glasses very very rude )
