  • This place is madness. For some reason the lines are laid out perpindicular to the front door, so you have to cross through several lines to get to the shortest lines and the food counter. The store should be laid out so that the lines follow the shape of the store, not the other way around. The seating is impossible; there's really no point in staying. That said, the store is well staffed and the place is fairly efficient, though pushing through the crowds to get your bagel, then having to push back through again, especially during rush hour, can drive you insane.
