I think that it's pretty funny that out of 11 reviews almost all of them talk about how unfriendly the staff is, because that was exactly what I was going to focus on in my review. You would think that if all of your customers are unhappy about how poorly your customer service is the company would want to do something about it.
I was so unhappy with my experience with Walmart vision center, and my new prescription for the past several months have been horrible. So I had to get a new one. I've heard so many good things about nationwide so I wanted to try it out. It's about $10 more than the Walmart vision center but it was worth it. My doctor was great and my new contacts prescription is so much more clearer and comfortable. I think my doctor's name was Dr. Abela.
When I first walked in, no one greeted me. The receptionist just stood behind her desk with an unhappy look on her face. No, " hi how are you, what can I help you with". Same thing with the assistant. She seemed very annoyed when she had to repeat her questions. If you don't like your job maybe you shouldn't be working there, because you give your patients a bad experience. I hope the owners and managers read this and maybe fire their staff or train them on some customer service. If it wasn't for their customer service I'd probably be giving them a 4 star.
