  • If I could give less than one star I would. What a completely horrible company. My mom has had them forever and the phone line is constantly going out but she is in North Las Vegas and moved there before it was built up. Now I've moved to Silverado Ranch and it's just as bad. All I wanted was high speed internet and they managed to botch that up. Ordered it Wed and they couldn't get me a modem until next Monday. Can't pick it up?? Why?? Called after I received the installation email because my condo number was missing on Thursday. They said it was fine. Guess what?? Monday UPS can't deliver because the condo number is missing and there are a lot of units in here. Big Surprise! Called them and they said it was UPS's fault but the email with the address came from them. Just a waste of time. Find another vendor. Canceling ASAP!
