  • i have lived here for 7 1/2 years; when the new company, acm, took over-this place went downhill fast! the management do not care about the tenants! all they do is lie to new tenants to fill the apartments! "this is total fraud"-stay away!! ask about scorpions/black widow spiders!!! they are all over!! their pest control only spays "water"! currently, many residents are without air conditioning for over 2 months now!!! all the head maintenance guy does all day is drink coffee; he does not fix anything!! he is a waste of time! the area is now very dangerous! gun shots every night! car windows broken into; no security at all!! enter at your own risk! pay a little more & stay out of this complex! not worth the price they charge for a studio!!!!!!
