  • I heard about Simplicity almost two years ago through a radio ad, and I was super skeptical because they were brand new and I couldn't find any reviews. Prices are also super affordable, and I was so sick of shaving and waxing so I took the risk...18 months later, and it's honestly one of the best decisions I've made. They have several offices, so you're sure to find one near you. I've never had a problem scheduling, so I'm not sure what the reviewer before me is talking about. The secretary always schedules my upcoming appointment before I leave, and they're more than happy to accommodate my crazy schedule with school, work, and volunteer hours. They automatically send you emails before every appointment: when you first schedule an appointment and again to remind you, a day before your appointment. Both emails have links- one for directions and a map, and another to add the appointment to your iCal (which I love!). The techs are very friendly but professional, and have made me feel super comfortable from day one. They go out of their way to observe the changes in my hair growth and skin at every appointment, and adjust the laser settings accordingly so that I get the best results which really makes me feel like they really care. The prices are super affordable (a $100/month for the plan I chose, head to toe). The offices are super clean, and last but definitely not least...the treatments work! After about 10 months or so, I no longer needed to shave unless I was going in for a laser treatment (you need to shave before every treatment). I've referred several of my friends, and everybody's been pleased :)
