  • Literally awful. I'm all for living in cheap places and overlooking a few scuffs for a good price but this place is absolutely the worst. Almost unlivable. I've lived here for a mere three months and have already had to call maintenance four times. Sink leaks, they "fixed it" but it still leaks. Our ceiling collapsed from a flood upstairs and they have yet to come fix it, and the toilet plugs after every use and overflows frequently. Did I mention I supposedly live in an "upgraded" apartment. I rue the day I signed a lease here. Can't. Wait. To. Move. For the love of God think twice before signing here. You've been warned.
