  • My wife and I came in last night and bought what we thought was a stroller for our toddler. When we took it home and opened the box we were greeted with a plastic pipe wrapped in clothing. I probably should have thought something was fishy as it was sealed shut with alot of tape and light for a stroller. So we had to come back this morning and return it. Im giving it 2 stars instead of one because the return clerk that helped us was nice and exchanged it for a real one but i could feel the glare from the supervisor thinking we were trying to con them for a $27 stroller. This could have all been avoided if the people that work the customer service counter check the returns better. Im betting that because it looked like it was sealed they didn't bother checking it. And even if they did. If you pull it slightly out of the box yea it might look like a stroller. Lift it out halfway and clearly its a fricking pipe wrapped in a tshirt.
