  • I've passed this place so many times, and never considered it a fit for myself. Today, however, I was initiated back into the world of more fashionable clothing. Clothing to wear during me-time, not at work. I asked the salesperson for something with lace. She showed me some options, but nothing really caught my eye, until I saw a lacey royal blue dress at the back of the store. Now, we were talking. I hung my bags up, and swiftly tried this dress on. The salesperson was so lovely. Genuine. Gave good fashion suggestions about how I wear the dress up or down, the kinds of comments a trusted friend would make. I visualized her ideas, and they were realistic. I thought of waiting to buy the dress, so I could sleep on it, but great service, plus a nice-fitting dress that was looking back at me... I went for it. I won't be idly passing by Risque anymore.
