This week my laptop had issues and the geek squad was very helpful to diagnose the issue. The 24/7 warranty actually worked. Especially helpful was Ethan who was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He called the same day to let me know the hard drive failed. I chose to purchase a new laptop due to its age. I came to the store and Zach who works in computer area, was VERY helpful also. He spent a great deal of time with me and treated me with respect, and shared his knowledge and expertise with me. For a young man and college age, he was very patient and kind to this old lady. He gave me lots of options and even saved me a bundle on an open box situation. His sense of humor was wonderful. I really feel like they put the customer first. I was pleasantly surprised. When I picked up the new computer that evening, there was only one geek squad person on duty during the dinner hour and I waited a really long time with others in line behind me. He was very swamped and it was not his fault. There should have been more trained geek squad people at that time of day to handle the volume of people coming in on a Friday night.
