  • Do NOT take your pets here! I have 2 Persian cats that I let them groom a few times. They did an ok job. One evening I came in to pick up my babies and 3 employees were holding my cat down and manhandling him so badly he and I both cried. It was awful. It takes them hours to get the job done and it's dirty and loud. Scott, the "man" that owns the shop is rude and bitchy. When I picked up my animals, he told me to never bring them back again. He said that they were too difficult to work with and not worth the time. I'm sorry, isn't that what you get paid to do is gently groom animals? They have no idea what they're doing whatever you do save yourself the pain of watching your animal get mistreated and do not go there! If I can give them zero Stars I would. And be careful, he owns multiple locations.
