  • Bought these flowers for my mom as a thank you. The flowers are pretty and fresh but for $100 + delivery I expected more actual flowers and buds and less green filler. I called and was met with a bizarre option to have the arrangement "switched out" for a more "compact" one which is not an option since I'm the one displeased and not my mom. When called about this I was met with an argument and excuses, no apologizes and frankly rude customer service. There was no real urgency to make it right which makes me sad since I really liked and respected this greenhouse. What a shame.
