Bought my daughter a backpack here 2 weeks ago. She has literally used it for 10 school days (wait...9 since Monday was Labor Day). It was a $40 Dickies backpack. After 9 days of use, the strap is literally hanging on by a thread. I popped in with the intent to exchange it for the same backpack. I mean, it's defective, right? The "manager," who couldn't have been older than 19 or 20, looked at me like I was crazy and said. That's "normal wear and tear." "I would have to ' damage it out' and that's too much trouble and we don't really do that." Huh?!?! Then she says, "sucks, I know..." I WILL NEVER EVER step foot in this place again! It's run by a bunch of unprofessional teenagers who no nothing about customer service! I will be following up with Tilly's corporate about this. Save your money and shop elsewhere
