  • Our AC went out today and my wife called Bobby at 5:11pm. He said he'd be at our home at the very latest, 7:30pm. It's now 8:30pm, Bobby isn't here, has not called or texted and no one answers their phone - though they are supposed to be open till 10pm. Very sad for a company to leave a family hanging like that. We are grateful that it wasn't the middle of the summer. It's not comfortable in our home right now but could be a lot worse. Bobby, next time just give us a call.
