  • I have never experienced a more UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE 1st contact by ANY business as I did with the receptionist at Sensational Skin. She was extraordinarily rude and dismissive. I was asking to make sure my appointment was with the doctor to answer my questions about a procedure, rather serious, I was considering having done there. She was so abrasive about how that was NOT possible, as well as when I offered to come in early to fill out paperwork, and her response was, What for? It only takes a couple of minutes. We're really busy, you won't get in early!! I cancelled the appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!!!
