I can't say that I've ever been more disappointed by a dentist. I had a crown placed and it fell off twice -- at the 3 year mark and then again, at the 6 year mark. I have two other crowns going back 10 years and never had a single problem so I know it has to be their work. The first time they replaced it for free. I had mentioned seeing a sign in the office that indicated they warranty their crown work for 10 years. The second time, they charged me, telling me they never warranted their work. The dental assistant also insisted on taking an x-ray and said I wouldn't be charged ("they had to do it for insurance"). They charged me for that as well. During the re-gluing the second time, the dentist suggested it was a problem with my tooth that the crown came off, blaming me for his poor work. Later, when I got the bill, I called and explained what I had been told re warranty etc and they denied all of it -- essentially calling me a liar. I am not a liar. Bottom line: stay away.
