  • I live in vegas but we had a work convention here at the rio. We stayed in the older part of the hotel and the rooms were terrible. Very outdated, the bed skirts had burns in them, window curtains were broken, and the shower was disgusting. It had mold / mildew in the tub, and it had a weird door above the shower. Not only that but we barely had hot water. It was warm. Beds were ok but the pillows were hard. Im disappointed because most old hotels would be remodeled already and seems as if this one hasnt. Another thing is their toiletry. Other places i have stayed it they would provide shower cap, facial towel, mouth wash, etc. They only offer 2 bars of soap. Shampoo and conditioner was all in one. So disappointed.
