  • We are new to the concept of bike tours and are addicted to them henceforth, something we like to blame the great folks at Fitz & Follwell for. All the great things I have read about them on TripAdvisor are true! We had a great experience, starting at the shop all the way to the final ice cream stop of the day. They put you at ease immediately and ensure to pick routes throughout the city that are along bike paths, it truly is amazing how biker friendly this city really is. Our guide Chantal was very knowledgeable, not only about the rich cultural history of the city itself but also where one should go for the best poutine or the ice cream! Shea and the others at the shop were very helpful with ensuring that everyone's bikes were adjusted properly and that everyone was comfortable with their bike. We can't wait to go back for one of their other tours!
