  • As a first time user of the monorail I can say that I'm a huge fan! The rides were fast and wait times averaged 10 minutes. There was always security around the stations. I was in Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show and since I stayed at Ballys decided to purchase a 3 day pass since the monorail takes you up to the LVCC. I would highly recommend the monorail to anyone who plan on spending most of your time on the East side of the strip: MGM, Paris/Ballys, Linq/Harrahs. Make sure you look at the map of stations and times of operation because it's not 24 hours. Also there is a short walk from each hotel to station but it's typically short, and mostly indoors within hotels.
