rev:text	Love the bagels here! They got a good product and a system that works in this high traffic area. If I need a quick bite in the morning and I'm in South End then this is where I'm going. I'll typically get 2 bagels with cream cheese. The thing I like the most for Einstein bros is that their bagels aren't as tough as some of the competition in Charlotte. They still have a bit of chew with a glossy, crisp exterior, but some place's bagels make you feel like you'll dislocate your jaw on the last bite! The Strawberry cream cheese is fantastic. In fact, all of the flavored cream cheese I've tried is great. The "double whipped" method makes for a rich, creamy texture in what would otherwise be an oversight to breakfast. The only one I stay away from is the salmon cream cheese... Sorry just never been a fan of this anywhere! The lines move rapidly thanks in part to their "order here, pay there" system and also by the speedy yet friendly staff. It may confuse newcomers at first, but I definitely see how this gets more orders in quickly and the only real line is for the register to pay while your food is already being made. Take care not to get yourself literally ran over in the parking lot. Not really Einstein's fault but the lot is so small and boxy that drivers turn in from South Blvd. at what seems like highway speed. Slow down, people! Wish I could take more time to eat in on occasion, but The QC doesn't slow down for anyone. Thanks for the hustle, bagel bros!
