  • Zero stars. Worst experience flying ever. Bad flight. Terrible customer service. Delayed and cancelled flights on recent trips which made me spend $160 for hotel after being stranded in Toronto. No response from Mr President Benjamin Smith. NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE!!! Horrible! Zero customer service! Wait until you try and call them!!! Hahaha! Average hold times are ridiculous! They flat out SUCK!!
