  • You know that phrase that President Trump used to describe some countries that he wants to ban immigrants from? Well that phrase could be used to describe the Westside Sports Complex, otherwise known as Fear Farm. First of all, it's the only soccer complex in the Valley that charges you to park and doesn't even cut a break for the team coaches, so make sure you bring $5 in cash. Then, navigate your way through the dirt parking lot so your kids can play on some of the worst maintained fields you've ever seen. Oh, and if you want to go to the bathroom, well there's a few port-a-potties waiting for you. I have to give the owners some credit though, they are clearly raking in the dough and not putting any of the profits back into the facility. In fact, my guess is that they are just waiting for the right offer and eventually this will be another shopping center or business park in a prime location along the freeway. Until then, if your kid's team gets scheduled for a game at Fear Farm, I'm sorry.
