On a Saturday, they were understaffed and forgot an item ordered at the counter. On a Monday, it took over 10 minutes to get three items at the drive through. We watched in amazement as the staff sleep walked through the motions of running the franchise. Prepped items sat for minutes waiting for orders to be assembled. When the server handed out a smoothie, he asked if we needed a straw. It's a minor thing, but McDonald's made its name on efficient, prompt service. This was not it.
