  • I delivered my little guy in September 2012 and at that time was new to Arizona. A family member suggested Southwest Women's Care so I moved forward with them (unfortunately doing little research of my own). From early on I was NOT impressed with the front desk clerks. They were not the least bit friendly and incredibly rude when approached regarding a late appointment. Speaking of late... it was a RARE appointment that was not at least an hour behind. Twice I had to leave and reschedule due to their tardiness. I saw a different practitioner on almost every visit. They do ask who you prefer to see though appointments book up so quickly and so far in advance it really isn't an option. Dr. Allred delivered my son. We had never met before (which is fine and something I understood was a possibility). Unfortunately she did not introduce herself, or bother addressing my husband or I. She bolted one second after his delivery and didn't look back. She is certainly not in the correct profession. It has been almost three years and I am still haunted by the awful experience I had with this group. Please please please consider looking elsewhere.
