Honestly, I don't like giving out poor reviews on places. I usually only give 5 stars and if I feel it was less than that I won't write a review but this was unacceptable. My cousin and I went in tonight for dinner after a really long day of work for me and I wanted to enjoy my birthday dinner. We got there at 915pm and they close at 10. I knew it was kind of late but I thought it looked like a nice place to enjoy ourselves. I expected a lot better service being that I do work in the service industry. We waited for our water more than 10 minutes and there were only 2 other tables still in the restaurant. So being that it was slow I felt like I could've gotten serviced faster. As I sat down at the table, I could see into their kitchen area where I saw multiple employees just standing and talking while we waited for WATER! We almost got up and left but we were hungry and decided to stay. As we sat there we saw the 2 tables next to us get treated way better than us and actually serviced. We then decided to have our food to go because we felt rushed and unwanted there. The server didn't even tell us his name probably because he didn't care to give us the quality we deserved. It's sad that we experienced this type of service because the food was delicious. Since the food was good but the service was poor this is not a place I would come back to or even tell a friend to try. Management should really talk to their employees and remind them that this is a customer service/hospitality based job and they should never make their guests feel unwanted or like a burden.
