  • Since my very detail-oriented trashing of Payless is one of my most popular reviews here on Yelp, I obviously always rent from someone else on my many trips to Las Vegas. This time, I found the best possible deal on a four-day rental from Thrifty and was more than satisfied with my experience at this location. It is always nice when you're waiting in line and a new employee jumps up to the counter to get you on your way. Chris was this particular employee to me and my interaction with him was both comfortable and professional. Chris knew what he was doing, knew I wasn't a complicated customer and never tried to sell me anything additional which would have wasted both of our time. When I walked out to the garage, I found a very good selection of midsize vehicles. I always rent midsize because I need space in the trunk for my golf clubs, yet previous visits to a couple other companies at this airport has generally left me with very little selection on that size car. The car itself was fine. Clean, ready to go and never an issue during the entire four days. Upon returning the car, I found another friendly and capable employee. He quickly checked the vehicle after I told him all he needed to know about mileage and how I filled the tank, handed me a receipt and wished me a pleasant flight home. I'm already looking to return to Vegas and will be looking online for good rates at Thrifty before other companies simply because everything went so smoothly on this September trip.
