| - I used to love to go to Kohls but since moving here and visiting this local one in Centennial hills, not so much. I would rather just order things on line. The store is not really ever organized and things are miss tagged, have to dig for your size because sizes on hangers are never correct. The store clerks are not thorough in removing sensors, after two tags left on items that didn't trigger when I left the store, I had to return to have them removed. Was a pain, as I was wearing one item for a party and the other was the gift. When I returned to the store, there was no apology from the clerk, she just said "we have problems with these things, all the time". How about I'm sorry for the inconvenience. If I didn't have somewhere to be, I would have told them to keep them. I've witnessed a stressed Manager snap at a seasonal worker which was really inappropriate. Look I understand people get tired and fatigued during the holidays, but it's not right for a person to be hollered at especially in front of customers. Once again, the tag was not marked correctly and the customer indicated what the sign said and the clerk just asked for clarification. Isn't that the Managers job? Ordering on line is the way to go. I can try items on in the comfort of my home and if it doesn't fit, just return it. It makes it easy to shop clearance items, they are in better condition than what you would physically find in the store. Eventually these stores are going to put themselves out of business as it tends to be less stressful and more convenient to shop online.
