  • If you can't already tell from the glowing reviews, this place stinks. I tolerated this place when I first moved in about 3 years ago. The people that ran it back then were very friendly and the girls knew me and my situation as a student and worked with me on a few things since this was my first apartment. They still had their flaws. They never fixed the cracks in my bathtub and took months to fix my door when it was screwed up during an inspection. The new management is even worse. They don't know what they're doing. Trying to rehash a new lease with them a few months back was a disaster. They were not willing to cooperate on anything. They claimed to not have ink in their printer and had to print things at their "sister complex." What a bunch of bull. On top of poor management and business practices, the complex itself is always dirty. No one cares about their home here. The halls need a lot of fixing and people have their pets shitting in the stairwells and apparently they are too. If we get a large package, the office doesn't accept mail anymore so we either have to go to the local USPS to get our packages or hope no one steals our shit that they put outside our doors. Also, pest control doesn't do shit and you waste a lot of money trying to keep the bugs that live in the fucking walls and behind the appliances out of your apartment. And we aren't very safe here to be frank. We have the weirdest people wandering in and out cause our gates are unlocked and the gate code hasn't been changed to something more complex, which they said they would do in January after a series of break ins. Overall, the management isn't reliable and the environment is not as advertised on websites. Find someplace better and when you do, let me know so I can check it out and move out of here.
