  • I tried to book a bounce house, tables and chairs for my godsons 5th birthday party. I was told the invoice is the confirmation of my booking. The invoice clearly stated the date and the time of drop off/set up. On the day of the party no one ever showed up. We tried calling and leaving numerous messages and never received a reply. If there is some sort of emergency and we were notified its one thing but completely ignoring our calls and not taking responsibility of your commitment completely is unacceptable. I just want to make sure you know you ruined a 5 year olds birthday party.
